Tylenol PM or Tylenol is fine during pregnancy. Is it safe to take 650mg. Please help, call your doctor!

You can take paracetamol with moderate short-term, so you can 650mg from time to time for the pain, but not used regularly or long term.
Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen, at this stage of pregnancy, because they can cause heart defects in your baby.
